Honestly what made my experience 5 star was my sales executive. It was an extremely easy and stress free process to complete with her help and showing me what the best value would be for my money and the price range that I had.

At Lincoln I dealt with the 2 Jacks and my main contact was with David Byrne. I'm sure as a salesman you deal with different people depending on their personality. I feel David read me well and ultimately it was great experience, as it should be.

Rowan was very helpful in sorting out a problem. My car came in with two faults, one was rectified and the other faulty sos button recurred again the next day. Booked my car back into BMW and this was rectified - no fuss.

After sales Advisor Rowan rate 10. On the technical side 8 as engine management light appeared just as I pulled out of the dealership. I have to go back to sort this. Also a door mirror switch Part not in stock so on back order. Overall score 9

After service I wassail waiting for ages because the service guys had accidentally put my car with those to be picked up later so it hadn't been cleaned yet and no one told me it was ready until I chased it up and the mistake was found

Both cars washed well if you can call it a wash only half of mine had been done didn't even bother doing the roof most of the detail on my daughters mini missed basically both cars looked awful, top this with poor customer service not a great visit

Something has changed here and there is a need for training to be given on customer interaction. I have responded to the dealers customers survey people and they turned off pretty quickly when they found out I was not happy with the whole experience.

Although I have a service package, any issues raised appear to be money making schemes. In 45 years of car ownership I have never had tyres perished after 2 years and 16000 miles!! The tyres still have at least 4.7 mm of tread.

The vehicle was booked in for the EGR recall and was advised the parts were available and would be ordered. A week before the appointment I was advised the parts were no longer available.

Car seemed to be at the rear of the compound all day and not looked at as I checked location using the BMW app. No updates or phone calls throughout the day so I missed picking my car up. I was offered a wash & vac, this wasnt even completed.
